1 Scope of application
The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to all orders placed and contracts concluded (hereinafter referred to as "order") via the webshop www.wickelfisch.com (hereinafter referred to as "webshop") of Wickelfisch AG, Brühlmattweg 1, CH-4107 Ettingen (hereinafter referred to as "Wickelfisch AG").
Wickelfisch AG reserves the right to amend the GTC. The version of the GTC valid at the time of the order shall apply, which cannot be unilaterally amended for this order.
2. offer
The offer is aimed at natural persons resident or legal entities domiciled in Switzerland. Deliveries are made exclusively to addresses in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
The offer is valid as long as it is visible in the webshop and/or stocks last. Prices and product ranges are subject to change at any time. The images shown in the webshop and all information on the products are for illustrative purposes only and are non-binding.
3. pricing
Prices are quoted in Swiss francs, including 8.1% value added tax (VAT). The price in the webshop at the time of the order is decisive.
4. order
The presentation of the products in the webshop is not a legally binding application, but a non-binding online catalogue or a non-binding invitation to the buyer to order the product in the webshop.
An order is deemed to be an offer to Wickelfisch AG to conclude a contract.
After submitting the order, the buyer will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt, which documents that the order has been received by Wickelfisch AG.
Wickelfisch AG is free to refuse orders in whole or in part without giving reasons. In this case, the buyer will be informed and any payments already made will be refunded. Further claims are excluded; in particular, products that cannot be delivered will not be forwarded. Temporarily unavailable products cannot be reserved.
5 Payment options
Payments must be made in Swiss francs.
The usual payment platforms are accepted as means of payment. The available means of payment are displayed in the webshop.
The amount will be debited immediately.
6 Conclusion of contract
A contract is only concluded when the order is processed in the Wickelfisch AG logistics centre. As soon as the order has been prepared for dispatch, the buyer will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
7. delivery
The delivery address must be in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein. For international orders, please contact our customer service at shop@wickelfisch.com.

Free shipping from a value of goods of CHF 80.-
The delivery time is usually 2-3 working days.
Please note that shipping may be delayed for orders placed before or on a public holiday.
Delivery in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein is carried out by DPD through the company Transport-Service AG Basel.
Any liability for damages incurred by the buyer due to loss, theft, misuse, etc. in connection with the collection process or the collection slip is expressly excluded.
The buyer assumes responsibility for the delivered products, even if they were not received directly by the buyer.
8 Delivery costs
The delivery costs depend on the quantity of products ordered. The delivery costs communicated in the webshop apply. The delivery costs are listed as an additional item in the shopping basket and on the invoice.
9 Warranty
Wickelfisch AG can provide the warranty either by partial or complete replacement with an equivalent product.
10 Returns
The buyer shall bear the costs for returns. Returns must be agreed in advance with Wickelfisch AG (shop@wickelfisch.com).
11 Notice of defects
If products are delivered with obvious damage to the packaging or contents, the buyer must immediately complain to the delivery agent and refuse acceptance, without prejudice to their rights in respect of defects. The buyer is obliged to obtain a confirmation of damage from the carrier. All transport damage must also be reported immediately to Wickelfisch AG.
Furthermore, it is the Buyer's responsibility to inspect the ordered products immediately upon receipt. In the event of any defects or deviations from the order, the customer service of Wickelfisch AG must be notified by e-mail shop@wickelfisch.com on the day of delivery. Wickelfisch AG reserves the right to demand proof of the defect.
12 Transfer of risk
The risk shall pass to the buyer as soon as the consignment has been handed over to the person carrying out the transport. If dispatch is delayed or becomes impossible through no fault of our own, the risk shall pass to the Buyer upon notification of readiness for dispatch. The assumption of transport costs by Wickelfisch AG agreed in individual cases shall have no influence on the transfer of risk.
13 Limitation of liability
Claims for damages arising from impossibility of performance, from breach of contract, from culpa in contrahendo and from tort are excluded both against us and against our vicarious agents, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. No liability is accepted for consequential damage arising from the use of the products.
14 Applicable court and place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising directly or indirectly from the contractual relationship is Liestal. The legal relationship is subject to the Swiss Code of Obligations.
